i prayed last night to God about what ken talked to me about. How to recruit soldiers of Christ. God spoke to me and said one word. Perseverance.


Perseverance : steady persistence in a course of action, a purpose, a state, etc., esp. in spite of difficulties, obstacles, or discouragement (dictionary dot com lol)

A seriously awesome chapter on perseverance : James 1:2 - 18. and thats where im going to base this blog on. mostly ;D

so if you've read ken's blog you'd know that he had posted about how to spread the gospel more efficiently. the only problem is that human's do not like change. at all. period. if they do become christian they have to go through drastic change. they need to devote a lot of time to God. they need to go to church. and thats whats most popular with my friends. what is also a very popular excuse is that they dont have time and that they are very got up at school or have better things to do. im starting learn how to sit . not doing any work on sundays (my sabbath) and also making time for God. way easier than last year because my new homeroom is a bit of a slouch. hahaha. but i still have much more to learn down this long and winding road. my problem is that when i try to get people to seek Christ (especially very immature people, you know who you are) attack you by saying God doesn't exist, or that science makes the world go around or something of this nature. and as we all know that is just ludicris. this is where perseverance takes place. you should know when to stop poking whoever if you know they're annoyed by you, but you should never stop trying. leave them alone and then try again later, much later in some cases. perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking in anything. have patience. keep praying for them and encourage them to seek out Christ. dont think that they may fall into the "darkside" forever and be condemned.


to bring in more christians is to saving them from multitudes of sins. those who arent christian are blind and wandering in darkness. they commit sins and do not know that they are sinning. from enoch's blog : Only those that know of the sin can remove it but only those that remove that which blinds them will see new things and clearly. so this means that these blind people will be able to open their eyes a little once they accept that they are sinning and accept Christ as their saviour (part uno) . and now they have to learn how to repent of their sins and rid themselves of idols and so forth.

also make sure that you include God in this. you need him more than you think. it is through him that it is possible to break through to some individuals. dont try and "muscle" or "solo" it by yourself because you will fail. epically? lol. faith without deeds is dead and deeds without faith is dead. by the way if you dont catch my drift its faith=God and deeds=us. (christians)

1) somethings not right with us and our world 2) The world was meant to be good 3) Sin and its effects distorted the world we live in now 4) In Jesus, God has taken the initiative to fix what we broke 5) God will one day make all things right 6) Meanwhile, God continues to redeem his creation in the present 7) You can respond to God's offer of new life

meditation.

i find its really hard to meditate when you hear things around you. like those things are trying to tempt you away from meditating or blocking out God's voice. i just tried meditating in my room with no avail. there was my bro showering. and television was on and i could distantly hear cars drive by outside. i read ken's post on meditation and he was at a beach, no cars no people just him and God. i like that. but you can't get that in toronto. tomorrow ill try meditating at a park after school and see how that goes.

Seeking God.

are you seeking God? today in my sunday school class i realized that not many people are. we were meditating and listening to what God told us. some (no names as usual ;D) i found were blocking out God. they simply didnt want to listen to what God said. God always wants to talk to you because He loves you no matter what, even if you commit a multitude of sins. i saddened that some blocked God out. it also occured to me today that a lot of people in the class still had idols. and yes i know that its impossible not to have an idol BUT last time i checked they still had the same one. i think it was enoch that told me this : if you have an idol you should wipe it out. then a new one will come forth and you should wipe that one out also and it repeats. and this is why it disturbs me slightly some people still have the same idols. please pray for my class fanks.

it seems the class is actually moving backwards instead of forwards. but God knows what steps should be taken to help us accept him. what i can also confirm is that God will also speak to ken and the Holy Spirit will help guide ken to teach us.

another thing i wanna say. i took a look at ken's book Kingdom Come by some japanese guy? i just looked at the cover and i saw a great message. the cover was a nutshell cracked open in half revealing a picture of the Earth inside. for those who still dont get it lol. its simply meaning that everything inside the world, worldly things to be specific dont matter its all in a nutshell. once you break free you can see the real treasure that is heaven. matthew 6 : 19 - 24 an indepth analysis. verse21. for where your treasure is your heart is also. this verse touched me. if your treasure is on earth your heart is to money and worldly things. and if your treasure is being stowed in heaven your heart is in heaven with God. this is something i think a few people overlook. just because its worldly some people are like bah its not an idol ;D (though they certainly treat it like one spending more time with it than God) people lie to themselves with things like that and i guess you could say it troubles me to a certain extent. and then the chapter goes on to say that one cannot serve two masters he will hate one and love the other. loving God and hating the world in other words. in the next chapter the title reads "Do Not Worry" it talks about if you love God he will provide for you no matter what the instance. food, shelter, clothes whatever... God will provide. at the end of the chapter it says to seek God's kingdom first and all the luxury will be finally given to you (in heaven). these two chapters seem to go so effortlessly hand in hand its beautiful.

the verdict is that you shouldnt be worrying about physical needs if you love God because he will provide, he is the overflow. you should also be storing your treasures in heaven and casting off "treasures" the baits that Satan uses to lure you away from God for this is the way to get the treasures in heaven.

back to the basics guys n' gals. by the way if you wanna follow along the chapter is James 2: 14 to 2:26.

SOOOO anyways. long week this week, madness. it seems like im ailing at everything. went from a 3 time honor roller to a fart. totally zoned out during my french periods : P not good considering its my WORST subject. ahahahaha im gonna drop it when i have the chance ;D . hard week consisting of 2 presenatations and a hecka lot of work sheets just cause my homeroom teacher was away for like 3 days lol. to top that off i had two presentations on the same day. snaaaap. but its bitter sweet like everything i do topped off with a P.A day my little cherry on top.

neways people. i hear a lot of people say get well soon (gws). ive found something to pick at once again har true. when i hear people say get well soon to me im like " awwww thanks ". but it doesnt exactly help. in james they have a little story talking about a pair of siblings one of them is poor and sick. the other sibling says : go, i wish you well; keep warm and well fed. hopefully you're thinking what im thinking and you're thinking this dude is an arse. of course you can wish them well and stuff but what are you doing to relieve them of their physical needs?

and then in james they go on and talk about abraham and how he sacrificed his son issac because the Lord had told him too. as he did this his faith and deeds worked together as one. hebrews 11:19 Abraham had faith in believing God could raise the dead and he did because God is so awesome ness :D

okay boys and girls listen up cause this is a little story that happened today in my life. so today for the last period english we had about 10 ish minutes left so we went up to the library to go exchange our books ( if we even brang em lol) a friend of mine ( no names :D ) asked me to help find them a book called Giver. so being the person that i am before i saw this particular revelation i was like : uhhh. good luck.

and now i totally regret saying that after what God has revealed to me today. i have learned what helping truly means. the next time around. ( why is it always the next time? ) i open endedly help ( with faith and deed) for faith without deeds is dead and deeds without faith is also dead.

i have just realized i have poked and biten a lot of people with this blog. those who are offended sorry in advance and those who see the truth as i do, good job ;D.

Gohan vs Cell

AS I WAS SAYING....
not included in the clips below... cell is teleported away by goku who sacrifices himself for the greater good. cell pops out his second ace, he reveals that he can respawn even if hes dead. with that he tries to indirectly hurt gohan by shooting vegeta with a energy blast. gohan takes the shot for vegeta saving thus saving vegetas buttock. but because gohan was so generous hes fataly wounded. heres cell's chance to finsh the kid off so he does it in style letting off one of the biggest kamehameha waves in the whole dbz series. gohan is totally defenseless. goku in the other world contacts gohan and tells him to retaliate by kamehameha ing as well. at this point when i first watched it i was like O.O is the guy nuts O.O if you check out the video, gohan is firing with one arm and also most of his gas is sapped from fighting cell before. but goku motivates gohan and motivates him even though gohan sometimes thinks he can't pull through. at one point near the beginning of it cells kamehameha wave was friggin huge compared to the dinky ish one gohan was letting off. but as goku chilled and reassured gohan he began to have the edge he needed aganist cell. and at last gohan wipes out cell for good.


from this we learn that we need God more than anything in our epic and everlasting battle aganist satan. of course we all probably knew this but it certainly gives me a totally different perspective and understanding. what we should also learn is to never under estimate the devil. he knows the bible better than us. he cheats. he lies. he DEFINATELY has more than one ace up his sleeve ( prolly more than 4 because hes a cheater) we will need everything in our fight aganist him.

and a note to myself. for the past few weeks i have claimed i have not learned anything from kennys classes because i said i had already learned it. like this blog here i already knew that i should never think that i could beat the devil alone or not need God. i knew all of this. what i found to this was a new edge. a new way to look at it. this is why God's word can be studied for infinite years because you can always find diferent things from it. and in ken's class from now on and forth i will always try to find that particular edge that has not been touched upon.

Gohan vs. Cell.

before this fight gohan had buffed himself dramatically, super saiyan to super saiyan 2. gohan is much like us, aganist our battle with satan we attempt to take ourselves to the next level hence ss2. but it wasn't enough in gohans case. when gohan continues to battle cell ( satan) it seems like he has the upper hand. hes literally beating the poo out of him. but then again, gohan under estimated cell. because of his buffed strength he quickly became cocky and did not realize that cell had an ace ( two actually) up his sleeve.

once gohan had beaten the poo out of cell enough he lost a tremendous amount of energy. this is when cell shows his first ace. even though he is weakened he turns himself into a huge bomb capable of blowing up the earth. doing this cell probably think he's gonna break even kill all the Z fighters and everything they care about -- sidenote

i once heard pastor tim say that God cannot be hurt in any way. what he did say though was that He could be hurt if the ones He CARED about were hurt. so if God sees us messing up he feels sad :(. this is one of the ways satan tries to break even with us. the guy cant hurt God directly but he can hurt the ones He cares about.

fruits of the spirit.

they are: Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self- Control. One is like a tree, if they dont bear any meaningful fruit they will have to be cut down. this is done so because a dead tree's roots will still be there even if you crack off the top ish part leaving a stump. if you plant a brand new tree next to the one that had been cut down it will not be able to grow. the plants roots cannot fully spread out because there is still the roots of a bad tree lingering around. if the roots of these bad trees still exist they will torment all the new innocent trees around them, restraining them to reach out to God.

Some see God as only a shepard, though there is another side the tree cutter who cuts down unproductive trees. hopefully brothers and sisters you will not need to see this side of God. Fear God and Love Him and he will help pull you through times of hardship and trial. Strive to bear good fruit.

why im doing this blog. enoch told me it was a good idea. ken needs a blogging pal o.o. one day when i am complete and lacking in nothing. i'll be reading this and saying wow i was weak back then. this blog may become of use. but who am i to know, i know God will tell me in some way.
